This page explains what happens to the details you share with Autos Craft LTD. We are a small garage, not a data business: the only details we hold are the ones you give us yourself when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp to arrange work.
We use those details to arrange your repair or service and to contact you about it. We do not run customer accounts, marketing lists or newsletters, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
What details we receive
When you call or message us, you may share your name, phone number, your car's make, model and registration, and a description of the problem or service you need. That is the full extent of the information we hold — we collect nothing else.
We do not ask for payment details in advance, and we do not keep copies of your documents.
How we use your details
Your details are used only to arrange and carry out the work you asked for: booking your visit, contacting you about the inspection and quote, and letting you know when the car is ready.
Once the job is done and a reasonable period has passed, we delete message threads and notes we no longer need. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.
